In recognition of our high standard and performance the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India granted us License No: B0646/DEL/PER/1000+/4 3/4/ 7922/2007, allowing us to recruit unlimited number of workers every year for foreign employment on behalf of foreign employer’s.

We have recruited Over 1000 staff’s of Medical and Paramedical profile for foreign workforce which includes Governments and Private employers and 500 non medical personnel for MOE, Kuwait in bulk and deployed in a single shot which resulted in gaining another order of 1000 personnel's from the Ministry of Education, Kuwait.

Overseas Recruitment Procedure

The recruitment procedure is the major functional process for the creation of competitive working strength. The procedure of recruiting the employees starts with the company or by the agency that works on behalf of employer company.

Step 1:

We receive Power of Attorney (PoA) and Demand Letter from the foreign Employer in order to recruit required manpower from India on behalf of the client. (PoA & Demand Letter is accepted only on the company letter heads stating all the terms and conditions clearly and duly signed by concerned authority)

Step 2:

is solely done in India for each and every overseas recruitment and is the process of getting legal permissions from the Protector of Emigrants, Government of India. As we have legal permission from the POE and the embassies for follow up work, ample of expertise and the cleanliness we keep in our business, Nisa Travel Agency gets this permission faster than any other agencies.

Step 3:

is to prepare our job order based on the demand letter and forward it to our database and networks for quality candidates. If required newspaper and media advertisements are released across India or preferred locations to fetch the candidates that matches the job profile.

Step 4:

is to shortlist the candidates who applied for the job profile by scrutinising from our level and forwarding the C. V’s to the client.

Step 5:

is arranging the client interview of the candidate at a location, date and time that best suit the client and candidates. The selection of candidates is also confirmed at this point.

Step 6:

is the final one and the process of visa being taken place here. Once the visa is issued the candidates are deployed after the required formalities and according to the convenience of the client.
